Chiasmus

Chiasmus is the inversion in the order of words or phrases when repeated. Chiasmus is used to make the meaning more impressive. Chiasmus was popular both in Latin and Greek literature.

Examples of Chiasmus:

" Beauty is truth, truth beauty, "

Or,   " Fair is foul, and foul is fair;"
(Shakespeare: Macbeth)
